This article describes how to send a Patient Questionnaire via the iPLATO Toolbar.
- Select a patient from your clinical system
- Select the toolbar Message icon
- This will then open up the Messaging pop-up
- Confirm that the recipient’s Phone number is correct
- Click on the arrow to Search for a template
- Select Patient Questionnaire from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Patient Questionnaire you would like to send.
- Click Send Now
Please Note: Messages will keep trying to deliver for 72 hours—waiting for a phone to have a mobile signal.
