When a patient replies to a Patient Questionnaire via the toolbar, their response will be available to view in both the toolbar inbox and the iPLATO Connect inbox.
- In the Toolbar, a RED dot with a number will appear to indicate you have received a response from your patient.
- Click on the Inbox logo
- You will be taken to a page showing all your responses.
- Select the patients’ response (the Toolbar will tell you which questionnaire has been responded to)
- Click Save to recordย to save the response to your clinical system
