A look back at 2023

As we reflect on the past year, we are proud of the accomplishments that iPLATO has achieved and see it as a reflection of our dedication to transforming the healthcare sector, while supporting clinicians.

We attended several events such as NHS Confed, Best Practice Birmingham and London, Pulse PCN events, and Management in Practice. At these events, we were able to build and maintain connections and share insights that contribute to the broader healthcare landscape, as well as updating our customers with product updates. In addition to attending external events, we also hosted a range of webinars for our customers hosted by our knowledgeable CSM team so that practices can make the most of the iPLATO platform and reduce the workload burden.

We also reached a number of significant product miles stones, including the integration of the NHS app and the introduction of Triage on the Web. Our product team work tirelessly to bring our customers an easy and seamless user experience. The addition of the skin scanner feature in the myGP app was widely welcomed and represents our focus on incorporating cutting-edge technology and partnerships with innovative companies such as Autoderm.

Being shortlisted twice as a finalist by HSJ for improving cancer care through our Cervical Screening Programmes in London and East of England undoubtedly was a high point for the iPLATO team.

Research took centre focus with the “Our Future Health” programme, as iPLATO successfully recruited more than 400 practices. This initiative not only contributes to the advancement of medical knowledge but also positions us as a leader in shaping the future of healthcare.

iPLATO’s journey over the past year is marked by product milestones, awards, contracts, and research initiatives that represent a company deeply committed to transforming the healthcare landscape. We look forward to what 2024 holds!
