The Pharmacy Signpost is a preGP option that will pick up if a patient types in a Mild Health Concern as a Appointment Reason.
Mild Health Concerns can be resolved, in most cases, by a pharmacy without a GP face-to-face appointment necessary.
A few official Mild Health Concerns according to the NHS are:
- Aches and pains
- Earache
- Cystitis
- Skin rashes
- Teething
- Red eye
Once the Mild Health Concern picks up, preGP will assign the following option:
