How to use the in-call chat during video consultation?

Once a video consultation has started, a user will have several tools available to them.

One of these options is to create an in-chat text with patients or other participants. In order to take action on this, please do the following once the call has started:

 

  • During call click on the Chat icon from the lower tools

A chat box will appear on the right side of the screen:

  • Type in text message you wish to send to participants
  • Hit Send when ready

The text message will be recorded in the chat box’s history as well as appear on participants screens. They have the option to reply in a similar manner.
