iPLATO Toolbar allows you to send a file or image with a patient message.
In order to action, please do the following:
- Within the clinical system, select Patient
- Select the Speech Bubble icon
- Create your text message or select a template
- To attach, click on the paper clip icon and select either from Desktop or the Clinical System
- Click Send Now
Please Note:ย close the selected attachment in other applications prior to saving to the record.
