Meet our 2024 Digital Innovation Awards nominees

From excellent use of Patient Questionnaires for outstanding patient engagement using Connect, we’ve had some excellent entries to iPLATO’s Digital Innovation Awards 2024.

Little Harwood Health Centre

This nomination recognises their outstanding patient engagement and efficient handling of 1,700 triage requests, with an average resolution time of 27 hours.

Before iPLATO, the practice struggled with patient access. iPLATO transformed digital communication into a routine, effectively managing patient interactions.

Buckshaw Village Surgery

This nomination showcases their team’s exceptional use of iPLATO solutions to enhance patient care, especially through Patient Questionnaires.

Patient responses, self-booking, and appointment management across five locations have eased phone line strain and staff workload, improving patient access and satisfaction scores.

Narberth Surgery,

Narbeth Surgery has excelled in using the iPLATO Toolbar and Selfbook to transform patient care. As the second largest user of the iPLATO Toolbar in Wales and the first to implement Selfbook, they’ve significantly improved communication, streamlined administrative tasks, and achieved higher booking rates for key services.

Their innovative approach sets a high standard in digital healthcare, making them a standout in this year’s awards.

Sutton Health and Care Community

Sutton Health and Care Community Service has been nominated for Engagement Champion of the Year at the 2024 iPLATO Digital Innovation Awards.

Their exceptional use of iPLATO Connect+ has resolved previous issues with data capture, enabling all messages to be recorded within EMIS consultation notes. This has improved the management of cancellations and enhanced service delivery, setting a new standard for patient engagement.
